A minimum security deposit of GBP 250 is required prior to arrival. This deposit is a pre-authorisation payment and will be returned back to you upon check-out through your bank and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival and must have the same name as the guest staying. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.
The property has a strict no party policy. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.
Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.
Cleaning, linen and towels are offered twice weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Late check-in between 20:00 - 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30. Late check-in between 22:00 - 00:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50. If you expect to arrive after 22:00 please contact the property to inform them of your expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability at an extra cost of 50 GBP. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible. Please inform Hunsens Grand Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

「電音天后」謝金燕17日現身新加坡同濟醫院慈善夜，宣告正式復出，但四個月不見姊姊，似乎讓許多網友都認不出。近日謝金燕受邀參加米蘭時裝周，展現國際超模風範，除了穿著大外套、小短褲，大搞下半身失蹤外，謝金燕的一雙逆天美腿更讓各大攝影師都爭相拍攝，雖然造型時尚度破表，但不少網友看完照片表示：「不說還不知道是謝金燕。」
謝金燕以一雙黑色亮片膝上靴驚豔米蘭，也搭上「外套穿一半」風潮，可見即便謝金燕沒在螢光幕出現，依舊有在follow時事。時尚照一出，許多網友都發現謝金燕的妝容變得精緻，更偏向韓系，紛紛誇讚「超級美」！但她過往的招牌酒窩、顴骨都消失，也引起高度討論。

國防部勤務大隊今（22）日在臺北世貿一館參與2017臺灣美食展廚藝大賽─團體挑戰賽，本次賽事是國軍伙房首次公開參加民間廚藝競賽團體組，將國軍精湛廚藝展現在民眾面前。 不過，許多當過兵的網友感嘆，這些美食基層部隊看得到卻吃不到。
在一兵溫文傑擔任隊長的帶領下，參賽7位隊員齊心合作在1小時內完成30人份自助餐菜色，國防部勤務大隊一共準備《海鮮生蔬佐泰醬》等4款現代沙拉、《炙燒鮭魚》等2盤海鮮拼盤、《起司焗豬排》等2盤家禽拼盤、《燕麥炒鮮蝦》等6道餐前小食、《番茄乳酪冷盤》等3款前菜、《布朗尼》等2款蛋糕、《菠蘿包》等4款麵包、《草莓奶酪》等3款甜品，以及《朝鮮部隊鍋》湯品共27道菜。
國防部表示，勤務大隊從昨日開始進行備料與食材保存，在清晨2點半著手烹煮部分料理，一早將所有食材包裝分類載往會場，隊員們小心翼翼處理每個步驟，因為從「材料安排」、「整潔衛生」到「料理完成度」都是評審評分的一環，隊員們無不繃緊神經面對本次比賽。
此次廚藝大賽將在24日下午舉行頒獎典禮，國防部歡迎民眾把握展期到現場參與各項活動，並為勤務大隊食勤官兵加油打氣。
對於國軍參加廚藝比賽，在國防部發言人臉書專頁上，許多當過兵的網友也紛紛留言，有網友肯定若能和民間多多交流學習，改善改良部隊現況，總是好事；也有網友表示基層伙房人員一直在缺人，這些美食看得到、吃不到；更有網友稱讚這些參賽國軍官兵的精湛廚藝，但是在基層絕對吃不到!
